Meet our Founder

Raised in Southern California, Patrice has always been driven by a passion for assisting others. After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the esteemed HBCU, Clark Atlanta University. Following her graduation, Patrice honed her skills as a Paralegal at a boutique law firm, further fueling her dedication to promoting equality and diversity within the legal field.

In 2010, Patrice joined the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Foreign Labor Certification as an Immigration Program Analyst. In this role, she conducted audits on PERM Labor Certification applications, collaborating closely with Certifying Officers and senior federal personnel. Her tenure at the Department of Labor ignited a profound interest in policy and foreign relations.

Transitioning to roles at renowned AM100 law firms, Patrice thrived as an Immigration Paralegal, contributing to high-volume cases and prestigious projects under the guidance of top Immigration Counsel. Through dedication and skill, she mastered her craft and achieved excellence in execution.

In 2016, Patrice embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding WhiteHat Immigration Solutions. As an Immigration Consultant, she offered B2B services to law firms nationwide, leveraging her expertise to facilitate seamless processes for PERM Labor Certifications and Extra-ordinary ability cases. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Notary and E-Verify Employer Agent, ensuring employment eligibility for organizations.

Driven by a commitment to personal growth and excellence, Patrice continually seeks new opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. While her professional endeavors are a source of fulfillment, her greatest joy stems from her cherished role as a wife and mother to her husband Richard and two children, Chase and Londyn. Reflecting on her journey, Patrice attributes her success to divine guidance and strives to honor this blessing by pursuing work that aligns with her values and brings joy.
